All practice sessions are at the SpiPlex.

Players will need to wear turf shoes or running shoes. No cleats.

This is a continuation of the practice sessions held August 23 & August 30.

There will be a PCSA Executive/Coach/Parent information meeting at 7pm on October 13, 14 & 15 in the boardroom of the Spiplex.
