In keeping with our shared vision, the very youngest players at our sister club, PYSC, are getting the best possible introduction to soccer thanks to the instruction being provided by our very own coaches at the start of this year’s indoor program.
In the PYSC U4-U6 girls and boys divisions, the first 3 weeks of the indoor season will be devoted to 40 minutes of basic skill training under the guidance of several qualified PCSA technical coaches. In the remaining weeks teams will play regular small-sided (4 v 4) 40-minute games. The intent is to give the young athletes the opportunity to grow in confidence and to learn the skills that they can later apply in game situations.
