A big THANK YOU to everyone who participated at the PCSA Family Fun Day at Eastgate Park on Sunday (August 18), either as an organizer, a helper, or just came to have fun. Special recognition goes out to event organizers Gord and Leanne for their hard work in the lead up. The weather cooperated and attendance exceeded all expectations. The children, young and old, had lots of fun at the various activities, including bubble soccer, dunk tank, bouncy castle and face painting. The raffle raised over $400 with proceeds going to the City Cares Foundation. Thank you to our generous sponsors who donated most of the prizes. We are already looking forward to next year’s event, which will be a celebration of the 45th anniversary of the founding of the club in 1980.
