Peterborough City Soccer Camp welcomes girls and boys of all skill levels for a week of soccer, fun and excitement. No previous soccer experience is required. The opportunity to learn and develop as young athletes at their own pace in a safe environment is our focus.

The Peterborough City Soccer Camp is offered cooperatively by the City of Peterborough Recreation Division and the Peterborough City Soccer Club.
Camps are for a duration of one week and can be for half-days (5 – 6 year olds) or full-days (7 to 12). The 2024 program runs during the first four weeks in July ( July 2-July 26).
Peterborough City Soccer Club provides instruction and supervision using qualified coaches and instructors who can inspire a love of the sport while instilling confidence and self-esteem in young participants. Registration and payment is handled through the City of Peterborough Recreation Division.
Full-day camps include a lunchtime trip to Rogers Cove for a refreshing soak in the splash pad (weather permitting). The canteen is also available to purchase a nourishing hot lunch and snacks.
The camp continues with its highly successful format offering several different age and skill levels:
- Half Day Micro Soccer Camp for Ages 5 to 6
- Full Day Mini Soccer Camp for ages 7 to 9
- Full Day Soccer Development Camp for ages 10 to 12

Half Days (micro program): 9 am to 12 pm
Full Days (Mini & Development): 9 am to 4 pm
Drop off: 8:30 am to 9:00 am
Pick up: 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm
ALL DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS WILL BE AT EASTGATE PARK.
Daily Checklist
Required: Sunblock, hat, lunch, filled water bottle, socks, ball (optional, only if you have a favourite), and smiles.
Gear: Rain suit/track suit, swim wear, proper footwear, shin-guards.
Camp Instructors
Camp instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, skilled and qualified in the game of soccer. Their enthusiasm and positive attitudes, enhanced by their playing and coaching backgrounds, will help make sure that each participant leaves camp a better soccer player. They will focus on the fundamentals of soccer through fun activities and small sided games.
